Bookings and Payments
Zena's consultation rate is £95 with follow up’s at £65. Sessions can be in person, at the Broadstairs clinic or by Skype. Each session last approximately 1 hour (some 45 minutes, others up to 1.5 hours – it depends when the work that day is done). It is normally very clear for both parties when each consultation is complete and whether a follow up is required. Payment is due in advance by card or cash. Due to the highly effective methods Zena uses, clients usually only require 1 - 3 consultations, to get the results they want.

Cancellations
Cancellations made in excess of 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 100% refund, within 48 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund, and cancellation of appointments within 24 hours of the appointment will be eligible for a 25% refund. It will be possible to reschedule an appointment subject to availability.
